Une couleur soutenue : cerise bien mûre. Un nez de sous-bois avec des parfums grillés. Des fruits rouges qui s’expriment amplement. Belle persistance en bouche. Un bon Cabernet Franc. Prix très compétitif. Nous l'imaginons sur une viande bien rouge, saisie à point.
