Pâte dense rappelant la couleur du Pois chiche, brillante. Subtils arômes qui font voyager mêlant le soja, le fumé et le pain grillé. En soupe, il révèle toute sa palette aromatique évoquant la volaille, le champignon frais et enrobant du Pois chiche. Longue finale aux saveurs douces et levurées. Parfait pour nous faire voyager en buvant un bouillon.
