Belle couleur marron clair et brillante. Texture onctueuse. Nez centré sur le pois chiche, le grillé. En bouche, une touche subtile mais suffisante de figue apporte en complexité et rend le houmous très original. Un vent fruité de fraîcheur accentue la gourmandise. C’est très bon ! Servir sur des toasts grillés.
