Vin effervescent jaune pâle aux reflets argentés et de fines bulles. Nez intense de fleurs et de crème fraîche. Bouche vive avec une bulle fine et enveloppante, des arômes d’agrumes et de pêche blanche suivie d’une finale minérale. À marier avec un gravlax de truite ou un Bavarois aux fruits rouges.
