Or pâle et très porté sur le pamplemousse, c'est un bourgogne "pêchu" dont la fraîcheur citronnée rappelle celle de la verveine. Fruité avec une belle nuance iodée et florale, il garde toute sa rondeur pour un apéritif dînatoire autour de rillettes de truite, d'encornets et de fromages de chèvre.
