Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Ambré intense avec de profonds reflets rouges. Sirop d'érable, épices, miel de châtaignier, amandes amères, c'est un panel riche et séduisant. À la dégustation, les fruits confits et l'écorce d'orange sont plus dominants, ponctués par l'amande et la cannelle. Une longueur appréciable. Servir à 10-12°.

Très bon pineau. Le cognac est majestueux. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants, n'hésitent pas à vous faire savourer le fruit de leur travail.
