Grande robe jaune pâle luminosité intense et aux reflets vert brillant. Sublime nez de bergamote, de yuzu et de citron vert. Attention Sauvignon de haut vol ! La bouche confirme les premières impressions. Structure parfaite alliant le citronné à une vinosité et une tension complexe et minérale. Grande race d'expression ! Servir vers 10° C sur un tartare de poisson aux agrumes.
