Belle robe rubis de bonne concentration. Nez puissant et complexe aux notes empyreumatiques, grillées, fumées, mêlant fruits noirs confiturés, finement musqués, girofle et champignons des bois. Belle bouche, complexe, mature et suave, surfant sur le toasté vanillé, le pruneau, la truffe et le chocolat noir. Les tanins sont soyeux et fondus. Un Corbières gastronomique à servir dès aujourd'hui avec un civet par exemple.
