Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Joli robe jaune citron, claire et brillante. Magnifique nez exprimant pureté et noblesse, d'un exotisme juste et appètent composé d'une pointe d'abricot et sa fleur d'oranger. Bouche agréable d'une bonne fraîcheur, pas toujours évident sur un Viognier, avec une pointe d'amertume gastronomique. Des notes de poires cuites et de gelée de coings lui confèrent de la gourmandise. Servir dès l'apéritif vers 10°.
