Belle robe grenat de bonne concentration, brillante et limpide. Joli nez expressif d'un Gamay de bonne origine aux arômes de petits fruits noirs mûrs, de chocolat noir, d'humus et de champignons frais. Belle bouche juteuse, fruitée, soutenue par quelques épices et un grain de girofle. Chair tapissante de bonne longueur aux tanins charmeurs et dociles. Servir vers 16 degrés avec des volailles fermières.
