Ce Saint-Émilion vous séduira avec sa belle robe grenat assez concentré et son joli nez gourmand et fruité mûr, légèrement grillé et fumé. Des effluves veloutées, chocolatées et torréfaction titillent nos narines. En bouche, c'est la confirmation et la continuité avec une chair suave aux tanins sucrés et soyeux mêlant saveurs empyreumatiques et fruits noirs confiturés. Un vin séducteur et flatteur de bonne longueur qui accompagnera de jolies viandes rouges juteuses.
