Belle robe jaune pâle brillante. Agréable nez frais mêlant les agrumes, le foin et la poire sans exubérance. Bouche joviale, salivante, soutenue par une belle acidité. Des notes de zeste de citron et une touche exotique discrète complètent le tableau. Finale d'une délicate amertume. Servir frais avec des escargots par exemple.
