Belle robe grenat assez soutenu et brillant. Ce vin requiert un peu d'aération avant de révéler ses arômes gourmands, croquants et juteux, gorgés de tanins mûrs et enveloppants. Des notes de myrtille, d'humus et de café noir se bousculent. Servir avec une terrine de canard !
