Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Magnifique robe jaune soutenu aux reflets cuivrés brillants. Nez d'abord discret, qui a besoin d'aération pour s'ouvrir sur de larges effluves de pêche jaune, coing, amande, résine de pin et fleur d'oranger. Grande complexité qui se retrouve en bouche. La chair éveille le palais avec sa fine amertume, et quelques tanins lui donnent un relief particulier. Finale marquée par les fruits secs et la quinine. Belle découverte pour son originalité !
