Belle robe violine, soutenue et brillante. Le nez a besoin d'une longue aération pour offrir ses senteurs sauvages : zan, poivre, cassis et cuir. Le plaisir en bouche est immédiat avec un toucher gourmand, pulpeux et juteux, au fruité préservé de mûre, de myrte et de figue noire. De petits tanins amicaux et stimulants dirigent le palais. Longue finale irrésistible. Servir en carafe, un peu frais, avec du canard !
