Jolie robe grenat pourpre. Nez complet et gourmand de fruits noirs, pointes d'épices douces, de grenadine et de fraise. Bouche franche et suave avec un fruité juteux et gourmand, puis se profile une ossature fraîche et mentholée, bien négociée entre extraction et digestibilité. Longue finale goûteuse et savoureuse. Parfait avec des terrines de lapin maison !
