Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Jolie robe pourpre clair et brillante. Nez gourmand et jovial, dominé par la framboise et la cerise fraîche avec une petite touche mentholée. Bouche juteuse et acidulée mêlant la groseille et le cassis. Nous aimons son côté un peu fougueux et rafraîchissant. Quelques tanins amicaux structurent l'ensemble. Servir vers 14 °C sur une poêlée de champignons.
