Belle robe violine, soutenue et brillante, qui invite à la dégustation. Magnifique nez, expressif, centré sur le poivre noir et la réglisse qui lui confèrent élégance et race. La bouche offre une Syrah sauvage mêlant le cuir, le tabac et le camphre. Des tanins fougueux explosent en bouche. Un vin de caractère qui va s'assagir pour nous offrir un bel accord avec des plats épicés !
