Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe rouge grenat, soutenue. Agréable nez, jovial et amical, de petits fruits noirs mûrs et croquants. Un mélange gourmand de fraise et de grenadine. La bouche, dans le prolongement du nez, offre presque une sensation moelleuse avec quelques tanins toniques qui assurent la buvabilité. Finale acidulée, un rien réglissée, très digeste. Un régal avec des tapas !
