Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Robe jaune dorée brillante, légèrement cuivrée. Nez très expressif qui nous offre des arômes de noix, de curry et de gentiane. Bouche originale mêlant fruits secs, noisettes et amande sur fond de gelée de coings et de résine de pin. Un petit côté nougat-miel gourmand en fin de bouche. À déguster avec une tarte tatin pour l'originalité de l'accord !
