Splendide robe dorée, scintillante. Nez explosif, fin, racé, qui exprime avec panache des senteurs rôties, exotiques, d'agrumes confits, d'ananas rôti, de poire, d'abricot. La bouche est opulente, digeste, sa sucrosité intégrée nourrit les papilles et apporte un plaisir gustatif intense. Un côté mentholé, résiné, ajoute en fraîcheur. Un nectar à découvrir d'urgence ! À déguster avec des fromages à pâte persillée.
