Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe grenat sombre qui invite à la dégustation. Le premier nez est un peu fermé et dominé par un toasté fumé. A l'aération, des senteurs de tabac, clou de girofle et de gelée de myrte sauvage se développent. Ce boisé se retrouve en bouche, il laisse un peu de place à des saveurs de cuir, d'humus et de champignons. La chair est savoureuse et veloutée, les tanins fondus. Servir aéré sur une gardiane de taureau.
