Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe grenat d'intensité moyenne. Joli nez croquant et gourmand, presque acidulé, de petits fruits rouges juteux : fraise et cerise. Nous retrouvons cette jovialité en bouche avec cette chair fraîche. Quelques petits tanins nerveux et stimulants renforcent la gourmandise. Un joli Morgon de copain à servir sur une volaille.
