Belle robe appétissante jaune clair et argentée qui dégage des micros bulles éclatant en surface et libérant des arômes complexes et sauvages de fougère, pin avec un soupçon de vanille. Sensation originale de fumée. L'attaque en bouche est tonique, tendue et appétante mêlant les agrumes confits et la meringue.
