Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Splendide robe jaune assez soutenue parée d'or annonçant un Champagne de caractère. Des micro-bulles riches éclatent en surface et libèrent des arômes matures de brioche, de pâte à gâteau, de foin et de coing qui annoncent une certaine vinosité. C'est confirmé en bouche avec cette chair nourrissante et tapissante mêlant champignons, amande grillée et une pointe balsamique. Un Champagne de caractère qui tiendra la table.
