Attention ! Champagne à Haute Gourmandise Ajoutée ! Le nez est riche, complexe et intense. Arômes de pomme au four, de croissant au beurre, de noisette grillée. Dans le prolongement, sa texture en bouche est bien équilibrée, entre une sensation confortable, presque crémeuse et une bonne tension en filigrane qui lui confère justesse et longueur. Un vrai beau champagne de gastronomie.
