Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe violine brillante de bonne concentration. Joli nez très variétal de cassis fumé, de poivron grillé, assez expressif. Bouche serrée et structurée qui demande à s’assagir. Nous retrouvons ce côté empyreumatique et ces baies noires ainsi qu’une touche de café. Finale intense et fraîche.
