Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Robe jaune paille, limpide. Nez tout en gourmandise, sur les fruits blancs avec une pointe de passion presque vanillée. La bouche, gourmande, est puissante et ample avec une pointe saline qui lui apporte un bel équilibre. Une belle découverte qui gagnera à être carafée ou ouverte une petite heure avant le repas.
