Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe grenat, claire et brillante. Joli nez frais, un peu mentholé et eucalyptus assez surprenant pour une Syrah du Sud. Un rien de poivre titille nos narines. Jolie bouche gourmande, docile et juteuse au caractère souple et aux notes de petits fruits rouges frais. Un vin plaisir. Servir sur des grillades de porc, légèrement rafraîchi.
