Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe or gris scintillante, bulles discrètes. Sensation gourmande au premier nez avec ces senteurs de pomme cuite, de brioche et de fleur d'oranger, pointe de sureau. Belle attaque de bulles nerveuses en bouche qui libère des saveurs anisées et meringuées. Finale tonique mêlant gelée de coing et zestes d'agrumes. Servir vers 10°C dès l'apéritif.
