Belle robe framboise aux reflets pelure d'oignon. Nez aromatique, élégant et agréable surfant sur l'univers des agrumes confits et de la grenadine. Bouche joviale, joyeuse, croquante du style fruité acidulé. Une pointe d'eucalyptus et de micro-bulles salivantes en font un Champagne festif de grande buvabilité. Servir vers 10° dès l'apéritif, sur du saumon gravlax.
