La bouche est pulpeuse, la chair en relief, sapide. Ce très frais Sangiovese est une belle réussite ! Un beau jus précis et suave aux tanins fins. D'aspect mûr, il rappelle la griotte et la framboise. Élégant, charmeur, il possède la fraîcheur attendue.
