Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe jaune parée d'or, lumineuse. Grand nez fin et racé mêlant minéralité, plantes digestives et rose du matin. Une pointe de chèvrefeuille à l'aération. En bouche, la chair exprime une belle tension, un brin d’exotisme qui se recentre immédiatement sur des notes d'agrumes confits et de pierre à fusil. Un Kaefferkopf de belle facture qui accompagnera une belle volaille de Bresse rôtie et coings rôtis.
