Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle orbe jaune pâle aux reflets argentés. Nez très expressif assurant sa minéralité, style pierre humide après l'orage, agrumes frais et acacia. En bouche, la chair se fait plus ronde que pressenti, avec gourmandise et fraîcheur stimulante pour nos papilles. De beaux fruits jaunes et un peu de pin. Un beau Chablis de terroir à servir sur un bar au fenouil.
