Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe brillante d'un jaune doré clair. Explosent minéral et herbes fraîches au nez. Senteurs acidulées et florales, buis, pin et coing. Bouche saline, fraîche et salivante qui confirme les arômes pressentis. La finale se développe sur la mangue. Un petit Chablis qui a un grand Pep's ! Servir sur des bouchées à l'escargot.
