Belle robe jaune pâle aux quelques reflets or. Joli nez fin, un peu discret mêlant exotisme, minéralité et zestes d'agrumes. La chair est précise, fraîche, un peu mentholée et tilleul mais demande à s'exprimer. Un vin de terroir qu'il faudrait attendre un peu pour profiter de sa complexité. Servir sur des couteaux, juste poêlés !
