Robe lustrée, magnifique d'un rouge vermillon. Nez floral de violette, de rose et de myrtille. Les arômes sont persistants et nuancés. La bouche est souple et gourmande. Les fruits rouges (fraise) et une pointe épicée structurent l'approche gustative. Ensemble très harmonieux et équilibré. Le compagnon recherché à associer avec un mignon de cochon ou des fromages de chèvre.
