Belle robe, rose orangé, brillante avec de petites bulles crémeuses sur le disque. Élégant nez acidulé mêlant groseille, grappe de cassis et champignon frais, une pointe d'églantine. La chair est charnue, veloutée avec une attaque franche et crémeuse de bulles libérant des saveurs d'abricot sec, de coing. Finale très désaltérante et tonique. Un Champagne plutôt d'apéritif ou dessert acidulé pas trop sucré.
