Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe grenat assez soutenu. Joli nez qui développe une belle aromatique autour des fruits noirs et d'un fin toasté. La bouche confirme et se développe autour du café, de l'humus et du tabac blond. La chair est plutôt gourmande, quelques petits tanins amicaux s'expriment en finale. Un beau Médoc mûr qui commence à se développer et qui accompagnera bien une Picanha de bœuf.
