Belle robe grenat assez soutenu. Joli nez agréable, un peu rustique, qui fleure bon le sous-bois, l'humus et le champignon frais. L'attaque en bouche est très variétale, évoquant le côté poivron du Cabernet Sauvignon mêlé au cassis qui évolue vers le grain de café et le cuir fin. Finale structurée. Servir sans se presser sur un onglet de bœuf.
