Belle robe jaune citron, lumineuse et scintillante parée de microbulles discrètes. La bouche s'exprime sur les agrumes confits, un brin d'anis et de foin fraîchement coupé. La bouche vineuse et capiteuse tapisse le palais d'une chair à maturité. Les bulles arrivent en support libérant des saveurs de noisette grillée. Belle complexité, un Champagne qui tiendra la table.
