Belle robe jaune, teintée d'or. Grand nez d'un Champagne fin et élégant surfant sur des fruits jaunes, légèrement exotiques et aux parfums de rose et de pivoine. Belle complexité en bouche, la chair vineuse et savoureuse mêlant le coing, la noisette torréfiée nourrit notre palais. Quelques bulles épicées en soutien ajoute en gastronomie. Un Champagne qui tiendra tête à une belle sole !
