Belle robe jaune or soutenu comme un beau bijou. Nez mature de fleurs printanières et de plantes digestives avec un brin d'exotisme. La bouche est dynamique et salivante, avec des bulles franches et toniques au végétal noble. Finale agréable et désaltérante. Un Champagne pour l'apéritif !
