Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe grenat assez soutenu. Beau nez d'un fruité noir rôti et confit, à l'aération il se développe sur les épices, la garrigue. La bouche est pleine et sanguine. Des tanins serrés arrivent vites et il faudra un peu de patience pour q'uil dévoile tout son potentiel. Tout est là, le laurier, l'olive, la myrte. Longue finale poivrée.
