Belle robe grenat soutenu. Nez fruité plutôt déroutant aux arômes de poivron grillé, de cassis noir et de tapenade. En bouche, des notes poivrées se mêlent à une pointe de cuir et de tabac. Le fruit est encore un peu discret. Servir sur une terrine de sanglier.
