Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe pourpre soutenue et brillante. Nez très aromatique qui pour l'instant reste centré sur l'élevage, un boisé grillé et fumé. Quelques arômes de prune et de ronce arrivent ensuite. La bouche est équilibrée, l'élevage s'efface pour nous livrer une chair structurée et suave mêlant myrtille et cassis. Pointe de café en finale. Servir sur un tournedos et cèpes.
