Robe noire, dense aux reflets grenats. Nez serré d'arômes puissants mêlant poivre, cannelle, coulis de cassis-myrtille et moka d’Éthiopie. Bouche suave et veloutée, finement toastée apportant du plaisir. Des saveurs cacaotées, très flatteuses, dans une chair qui se resserre en finale. Servir sur du porc mijoté en sucré-salé.
