Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Splendide robe jaune citron clair aux reflets argentés. Nez fin et minéral aux larges senteurs de pêche blanche, sureau et raisin muscat complété d'une pointe de chèvrefeuille. Bouche rafraîchissante, tonique et tendue aux saveurs acidulées et iodées. Un blanc qui a du pep's pour accompagner tartares de poisson, coquillages et crustacés.
