Belle robe blanche nacrée presque cristalline. Très joli cordon de micro-bulles. Bienvenue au royaume des agrumes, mandarines, kumquats, clémentines et cédrat. Il dégage beaucoup de fraîcheur. Confirmation en bouche, chair tendue, vive et rafraichissante. Un Champagne qui a du pep's et de beaux amers ! A vos apéritifs !
