Nez de pain grillé, toasté, très agréable avec un mélange de fruits blancs, melon et pastèque. Bouche riche, dense, puissante, intelligente, d’une belle longueur. Touche de fruits blancs marquée. La sensation d’élevage en fût est très caressante. C’est un vin avec beaucoup de fraicheur. A servir sur un mâchon, une terrine.
